Kevin Chiang

Kevin is the resident land and development specialist. Kevin brings with him over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his distinguished career, Kevin has served on the Board of Directors of CCIM Western Canada Chapter and the Financial Audit Committee for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. His expertise is in real estate development, land assemblies, strata dissolutions, commercial investments, and joint venture structuring.

Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and driven work ethic, Kevin has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in both real estate and business development. This unique expertise allows Kevin to offer unparalleled insight and advice to his clients, which has translated to over $1billion dollars of closed investment property and development land transactions. Furthermore, Kevin has utilized this skill set to work with his clients to raise capital and structure joint venture partnerships for multiple development projects exceeding $1.6 billion dollars of build out value.

Outside the realm of real estate, and in giving back to the community, Kevin has founded a scholarship for supporting high school students to help them pursue post-secondary education in technology and currently sits on the board of directors for an alumni scholarship foundation.

When Kevin is out of the office, he enjoys golf, travelling, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
