Raman Bayanzadeh

Raman Bayanzadeh is co-founder and principal of the CRE Investment & Development Team. Leveraging his background and analytical acumen, Raman has been consistently delivering exceptional service to his commercial real estate clients since 2007. His expertise lies primarily in land assembly, development, and the purchase and sale of income-generating assets and has successfully orchestrated over $260,000,000 worth of commercial and land deals in the past few years.

Raman holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration. As such, his approach to the disposition of land, commercial investment, and marketing combines in-depth product knowledge, rigorous financial analysis, close tracking of mortgage markets, firm negotiation skills, and an extensive network.

In navigating the complexities of the current market landscape, Raman conducts comprehensive analyses for each commercial property, enabling his clients to assess their options, mitigate risks, and optimize returns.

Throughout his tenure in commercial real estate, Raman has masterfully facilitated a myriad of intricate deals involving private sector entities, institutional organizations, and non-profit entities. His expertise encompasses various transaction types, including asset and share purchase agreements, joint ventures, and option purchases.

In addition to his professional commitments, Raman is a dedicated industry leader, serving on various industry trade and association boards. Currently, he holds the position of Regional Vice President for CCIM Canada and serves as the Vice Chair of the Greater Vancouver Realtors (formerly the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver). This involvement underscores his commitment to advancing the industry and fostering collaboration within the community.
