Shay Dadon is a principal of the CRE Investment and Development Team at Royal LePage Commercial , and focuses on providing investment advisory and transaction services for Hospitality, Including hotels and resorts properties, senior housing properties and land development throughout Canada.

Shay has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including various management positions in luxury / upscale hotel and casino companies. His clients include private and public companies as well as financial institutions. Transactions consist of all types of hotels ranging from full service, select service and limited service. He has successfully completed hotel acquisitions and dispositions throughout Canada.

With his careful attention to emerging trends and his in-depth understanding of the hotel business as well as Canadian real estate market, Shay maximizes value for his clients, guided by his core values of integrity, excellence and trustworthiness.

Shay holds an Executive MBA in International Marketing, Bachelor’s degree in Business and has completed the Cornell certificate of Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management. He spends his free time travelling, playing tennis, and skiing.
